Welcome to WristPro, operated by LuckySpike LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting wristpro.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website.

2. Products
We try to show product colours, descriptions and details accurately. The actual product may vary slightly because of screen settings and manufacturing. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. For prepaid orders, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you agree to pay the full amount to the delivery partner when your order arrives.

4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. An order confirmation message does not guarantee acceptance until the order ships.

5. Cash on Delivery
Please be available to receive your COD order. Repeated refusal of COD orders or failed deliveries may mean we can't offer COD on future orders.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, usually 5-7 working days, and may vary by location. Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct. See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy for details.

7. Health Disclaimer
WristPro is a home-use blood pressure monitor. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Readings can vary with posture, movement and other factors. Always follow the user manual and consult a qualified doctor about your health and your readings. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the WristPro name, logo, images, text and design, is owned by or licensed to LuckySpike LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our rights, or to interfere with the website's operation or security.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckySpike LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

11. Indemnification
You agree to hold LuckySpike LLC harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at India, without limiting any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
